Precision Machining opportunity
About the program
SoLAcc's Precision Machining program prepares learners to plan, manufacture, assemble, test, and repair parts, mechanisms, machines, and structures. Students learn CNC programming, operate manual lathes and milling machines, and work with manufacturing processes that cast, form, shape, mold, heat treat, cut, twist, press, fuse, and stamp materials.
NIMS Machining Level 1, Milling Level 1, and Turning Level 1, plus NCCER Core
