About the program
This introductory carpentry course begins PGCC's NCCER Level 1 curriculum. Learners explore the role of a carpenter, interpret drawings, use trade-specific tools, adhesives, and fasteners, and begin developing skills for door, window, floor, wall, roof, ceiling, and stair systems.
