About the program
JARC's CNC Machinist Track teaches adults to write machine-control programs and set up and operate CNC equipment for precision metalworking. The program combines technical instruction with free tutoring, financial coaching, benefits screening, transportation help, and personalized job-placement services.
NIMS CNC Milling Level 1 and CNC Turning Level 1 opportunities plus OSHA 10 General Industry certification

Who this program is for
- +Must be at least 18 years old
- +Designed for unemployed adults and low-income job seekers; employed applicants may still qualify
- +Authorization to work in the United States is required
- +Ninth-grade math and reading skills are required and assessed after application
- +A high school diploma or GED is not required
- +Applicants with arrest or conviction records are welcome, except those with a history of sexual offenses
