Clover Career Connections helps adults navigate career pathways and overcome barriers to employment through coordinated support from Career Coaches, Family Advocates, and Community Health Navigators. Participants enter through Career Development, Career Ready, or Career Advancement based on their needs, with services spanning exploration, education and certification support, placement, financial literacy, and referrals.
