About the program
Bollinger's Pascagoula Shipfitting Bootcamp prepares newly hired trainees for entry-level shipfitting. The established program blends classroom and hands-on training with worksite immersion, hourly pay, employee benefits, and a skills-based compensation review after successful completion.

What participants will learn

- +Levels, squares, grinders, tape measures, and basic shipyard tools

Who this program is for
- +Must be at least 18 years old
- +Must have a high school diploma or GED
- +No prior experience is required
- +Selection requires Bollinger's employment application and interview process
