About the program

Bollinger's Pascagoula Shipfitting Bootcamp prepares newly hired trainees for entry-level shipfitting. The established program blends classroom and hands-on training with worksite immersion, hourly pay, employee benefits, and a skills-based compensation review after successful completion.

  • +Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • +No prior experience is required
  • +Selection requires Bollinger's employment application and interview process
