About the program
Bollinger's Houma/Lockport Shipfitting Bootcamp hires trainees to learn the skills needed for entry-level shipfitting. The program begins with technical training and transitions to a Bollinger worksite, with hourly pay and employee benefits throughout the cohort.

- +Levels, squares, grinders, tape measures, and basic shipyard tools
- +Shipbuilding operations, fire watch, and worksite safety
Who this program is for
- +Must be at least 18 years old
- +Must have a high school diploma or GED
- +No prior experience is required
- +Selection requires Bollinger's employment application and interview process
